Originally from Los Angeles, California, I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, where I attended Florida State University. My diverse background, coupled with my extensive real estate knowledge, has enabled me to effectively navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. Actively involved in the real estate industry since the early 2000s, I have held various roles, including investor, broker, and manager. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 2008, I currently own multiple real estate brokerages, specializing in commercial investment properties and multi-family investments. Throughout my career, I have successfully brokered hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, demonstrating my proficiency in commercial real estate site selection, feasibility analysis, development, and acquisition. My expertise spans diverse property types, including multi-family, retail, self-storage, hotels, and office buildings. I am well-versed in collaborating with institutional investors and real estate investment trusts (REITs) on large-scale projects, ensuring seamless deal execution and optimal outcomes. Over the years, I have consistently helped private clients achieve substantial growth in their net worth through strategic real estate investments. With a proven track record of success and a deep commitment to client satisfaction, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations. I am confident in my ability to identify and execute upon the most promising real estate opportunities, driving sustainable value for our clients and partners.

Sandeep Tyagi

Sandeep Tyagi (Sam) is a first-generation immigrant, Sam and his family moved to US in 2008 and settled in Tallahassee, FL. He learned from an early age, the importance of hard work and sacrifice. At 22, Sam started his first company, which was an education technology company that he ran for 4 years and eventually sold. He later worked at various positions in top 4 consulting firms before forming his first real estate investment firm in 2015. Currently Sam holds more than $10m assets which includes multifamily, mobile home park, and single-family properties as an owner and serves as a managing partner for Blooming Capital, focusing on growth and acquisitions. Outside of work, Sam loves to play tennis, read, and spend time with his family.
